Cílem diplomové práce je identifikovat přístupy k personal brandingu u vrcholových manažerů pracujících v korporacích. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, přičemž v teoretické části byla provedena literární rešerše na téma brand management a personal branding. V praktické části jsou pak popsány výsledky výzkumu, shrnutí, diskuze a náměty pro budoucí výzkum. Pro naplnění cíle práce byla vybrána kvalitativní výzkumná metoda, konkrétně individuální rozhovory. |

The aim of the thesis is to identify approaches to personal branding among top managers working in corporations. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part, while in the theoretical part a literature search was conducted on the topic of brand management and personal branding. The practical part then describes the research results, summary, discussion and suggestions for future research. To fulfill the goal of the work, a qualitative research method was chosen, namely individual interviews. |
