| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá výzvami business analýzy, které představují dlouhodobě probírané téma v oblasti projektového řízení a business analýzy. Cílem diplomové práce je identifikace výzev ovlivňující design informačního systému v kontextu projektového řízení. Pro hlubší poznání zkoumané problematiky byl v práci zvolen kvalitativní přístup, a pro základní vhled do problematiky slouží literární rešerše. Výsledky diplomové práce stanovují výzvy business analýzy a jejich vliv na proces a výstup business analýzy. Diplomová práce může do budoucna představovat pod-klad pro další výzkum spojený s výzvami business analýzy. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the challenges of business analysis, which is a long discussed topic in the field of project management and business analysis. The aim of the thesis is to identify the challenges affecting information system design in the context of project management. In order to gain a deeper understanding of the researched issue, a qualitative approach has been adopted in the thesis, and a literature search is used to provide a basic insight into the issue. The results of the thesis establish the challenges of business analysis and their impact on the process and output of business analysis. In the future, the thesis can provide a basis for further research related to the challenges of business analysis. |
