| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou konkurenceschopnosti turistické destinace. Hlavním cílem práce je identifikace klíčových faktorů ovlivňujících konkurenceschopnost Prahy v domácím cestovním ruchu a navržení vhodných manažersko-marketingových opatření pro posílení konkurenčního postavení hlavního města. Práce vychází z rešerše převážně zahraniční literatury věnující se přístupům ke zkoumání konkurenceschopnosti destinací, modelům a faktorům konkurenceschopnosti destinace. Jako hodnotící nástroj k identifikaci klíčových faktorů konkurenceschopnosti práce využívá metodu IPA (analýza významnosti-výkonnosti). |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the issue of competitiveness of a tourist destination Prague. The aim of this thesis is to identify the key factors affecting the competitiveness of Prague in domestic tourism and to propose appropriate management and marketing measures to strengthen the competitive position of the capital city. To achieve the objective, the thesis is based on a search of mainly foreign literature. The thesis focuses on the approaches to the research of destination competitiveness, generic models and factors of destination competitiveness. To evaluate and identify the key factors of competitiveness, the thesis uses the IPA (importance-performance analysis) method. |
