| Abstract: |
Práce je zaměřena na problematiku konkurenceschopnosti turistické destinace Praha. Cílem této diplomové práce je identifikovat klíčové faktory ovlivňující konkurenceschopnost Prahy v domácím cestovním ruchu a navrhnout vhodná manažersko-marketingová opatření pro posílení konkurenčního postavení hlavního města. Pro splnění cíle, práce vychází z rešerše převážně zahraniční literatury. Práce se věnuje přístupům ke zkoumání konkurenceschopnosti destinací, generickým modelům a faktorům konkurenceschopnosti destinací. Ke zhodnocení a identifikování klíčových faktorů konkurenceschopnosti práce využívá metody IPA (analýza významnosti-výkonu). |

| Abstract: |
The thesis focuses on the issue of competitiveness of a tourist destination Prague. The aim of this thesis is to identify the key factors affecting the competitiveness of Prague in domestic tourism and to propose appropriate management and marketing measures to strengthen the competitive position of the capital city. To achieve the objective, the thesis is based on a search of mainly foreign literature. The thesis focuses on the approaches to the research of destination competitiveness, generic models and factors of destination competitiveness. To evaluate and identify the key factors of competitiveness, the thesis uses the IPA (importance-performance analysis) method. |
