Cílem diplomové práce je odhad tržní hodnoty obchodního závodu IHL TRANSPORT, s.r.o. k 31.12.2022 pro vlastníky a věřitele. Literární rešerše se nejprve zabývá legislati-vou oceňování podniku, oceňováním aktiv a teorií hodnoty. V druhé části literární re-šerše jsou diskutovány metody používané pro oceňování podniku podle vybraných světových odborníků a ve třetí části se diskutují náklady na kapitál. Aplikační část se věnuje samotnému ocenění podniku, kdy je zvolen postup dle metodiky ocenění profe-sora Maříka. Výsledná hodnota podniku je získána prostřednictvím metody diskonto-vaných peněžních toků pro vlastníky a věřitele a pomocí tržních multiplikátorů je hod-nota ověřena. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of the thesis is to estimate the market value of the business plant IHL TRANSPORT, s.r.o. as of 31/12/2022 for owners and creditors. The literature review first deals with the legislative valuation of the company, the valuation of assets and the theory of value. In the second part of the literature review, the methods used for valuing the company according to selected world experts are discussed, and in the third part, the cost of capital is discussed. The application part is devoted to the valuation of the company itself, when the procedure is chosen according to the valuation methodology of Professor Mařík. The resulting value of the enterprise is obtained through the method of discounted cash flows for owners and creditors, and the value is verified using market multipliers. |
