Bakalářská práce se zabývá fluktuací v kontextu IT a to prostřednictvím vlivu pra-covních benefitů na tendenci k odchodu. Teoretická část představuje literární rešerši na téma fluktuace v kontextu IT, benefitů pro IT specialisty a také vlivu benefitů na fluktuaci u IT specialistů. V praktické části za pomoci korelace, ko¬relačního koeficien-tu a chi-kvadrát testu byly zjištěny vztah mezi vybranými finančními a nefinančními benefity a také význam vybraných benefitů pro IT specialisty. Pomocí těchto metod byla zodpovězena výzkumní otázka a také dílčí hypotézy. V práci jsou také uvedena doporučení pro další výzkum. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor’s thesis addresses employee turnover in the context of IT, specifically through the influence of work benefits on the tendency to leave. The theoretical part presents a literature review on the topic of turnover in the IT context, benefits for IT specialists, and the influence of benefits on turnover among IT specialists. In the practical part, using correlation, the correlation coefficient, and the chi-square test, the relationships between selected financial and non-financial benefits were identified, as well as the significance of selected benefits for IT specialists. These methods helped answer the research question and the subsidiary hypotheses. The thesis also provides recommendations for further research. |
