Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro mobilní recyklaci minerálního stavebního odpadu. Byly zde zkoumány legislativní požadavky potřebné pro zahájení a provoz mobilního zařízení za pomocí rešerše od-borné literatury a zákonů. Dále je představen podnik, jeho právní forma a provedena strategická analýza. Práce detailně popisuje technickou specifikaci recyklační linky a analyzuje materiálový výstup s příklady jeho využití. Rovněž byly objasněny zdroje financování celého projektu. Klíčový je finanční plán se simulací scénářů pomocí softwaru Oracle Crystal Ball, který zároveň odhaluje i některé rizikové faktory. Závěrem práce jsou navržena opatření pro minimalizaci rizik a rozhodnutí o realizaci projektu. |

| Abstract: |
The diploma thesis deals with the business plan for the mobile recycling of mineral construction waste. The legislative requirements necessary for the start-up and operation of mobile equipment were examined using the research of professional literature and laws. Furthermore, the company, its legal form and strategic analysis are presented. The thesis describes in detail the technical specification of the recycling line and analyses the material output with examples of its usage. The financial resources of the whole project were also clarified. The key part of the thesis is a financial plan with scenario simulation using the Oracle Crystal Ball software, which also reveals some risk factors. Finally, the thesis proposes measures for risk minimisation and decision on project implementation. |
