| Abstract: |
Tato diplomová práce má za cíl určit vliv vybraných finančních faktorů na fungování soukromých vysokých škol s hudebním zaměřením. Těmito vybranými faktory jsou: dostupnost vnějšího financování a finanční preference a požadavky studentů hudby. K dosažení cíle práce byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum na příkladu čtyř škol zahrnující analýzu veřejně dostupných dat o zkoumaných školách, polostrukturované expertní rozhovory a dotazníkové šetření. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že zkoumané faktory mají na fungování škol zásadní vliv a školy jim musejí věnovat značnou pozornost. Dále je na základě výzkumu formulováno, jakými konkrétními činnostmi by měly soukromé vysoké hudební školy na tento vliv reagovat. |

| Abstract: |
This diploma thesis aims to determine the impact of selected financial factors on the functioning of private music conservatories. These selected factors are: the availability of external funding and the financial preferences and requirements of music students. To achieve the aim of the thesis, qualitative research was conducted on the example of four schools, including an analysis of publicly available data on the examined schools, semi-structured expert interviews, and a questionnaire survey. The research results show that the examined factors have a fundamental impact on the functioning of the schools, and the schools need to pay significant attention to them. Furthermore, based on the research, specific activities that private music conservatories should undertake in response to this impact are formulated. |
