Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem migrační a azylové politiky Evropské unie s důrazem na přerozdělování migrantů. Popisuje její historický vývoj od založení systému CEAS až po schválení Nového paktu o migraci a azylu, analyzuje hlavní rozdíly mezi danými politikami a zjišťuje, na co nová politika reaguje. Na základě komparace legislativních dokumentů Evropské unie zabývajících se přerozdělováním uprchlíků pak dané klíčové rozdíly analyzuje. Zároveň práce neopomíjí nastínit kritiku nové legislativy. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis deals with the development of the migration and asylum policy of the European Union with an emphasis on the redistribution of migrants. It describes its historical development from the establishment of the CEAS to the adoption of the New Pact on Migration and Asylum, analyses the main differences between the policies and identifies what the new policy responds to. It then analyses the key differences on the basis of a comparison of EU legislative documents dealing with refugee redistribution. At the same time, the paper does not fail to outline criticisms of the new legislation. |
