Cílem této diplomové práce je prozkoumat roli udržitelnosti při organizaci eventů, jak už vyplývá z názvu. Zabývá se prvky udržitelnosti v produkční rovině eventů, a to v celém procesu organizace eventu. Důraz je kladen na případovou studii dvou Eko-festivalů pořádaných společností E.ON. Práce pojednává o organizačních aspektech akcí, které jsou spojené s dopadem na životní prostředí, zaměřuje se na vyhodnocení udržitelných postupů, porovnání dvou ročníků a analýzu přístupu organizátorů a návštěvníků k udržitelnosti. Metodika práce zahrnuje kvalitativní i kvantitativní výzkum, což v sobě zahrnuje dotazníky s organizátory eventů a jejich návštěvníků. Studie se zaměřují na postoj a způsoby udržitelnosti akce. Výsledky jsou diskutovány v kontextu teoretických poznatků a jsou formulována doporučení pro organizátory eventů v České republice, jak efektivněji udržitelné praktiky do organizace implementovat. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of this thesis is to explore the role of sustainability in event organisation, as the title suggests. It looks at the elements of sustainability in the production level of events, and in the whole process of event organisation. The focus is on a case study of two Ecofestivals organised by E.ON. The thesis discusses the organizational aspects of the events that are related to the environmental impact, focusing on the evaluation of sustainable practices, a comparison of the two editions and an analysis of the approach to sustainability of the organizers and visitors. The methodology of the thesis includes both qualitative and quantitative research, which involves questionnaires with event organisers and event-goers. The studies focus on attitudes and practices towards event sustainability. The results are discussed in the context of theoretical knowledge and recommendations are formulated for event organizers in the Czech Republic on how to implement sustainable practices more effectively in their organizations. |
