Bakalářská práce zkoumá úroveň právního vědomí manažerů malých, středních a velkých společností vykonávajících svou podnikatelskou činnost na území České republiky. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jaká je úroveň právního vědomí manažerů. Dílčím cílem je vyhodnotit, jaké osobní charakteristiky manažerů ovlivňují jejich právní vědomí, posoudit a porovnat úroveň právního vědomí manažerů u malých, středních a velkých podniků, zjistit, kteří manažeři podle ekonomické činnosti mají nejvyšší právní vědomí a zmapovat, jaké jsou zdroje, metodiky a zákony, se kterými manažeři nejčastěji pracují a získávají z nich informace. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy a definice spojené s právním vědomím, jeho složkami, koncepty a právní gramotností. Práce zmiňuje již provedené výzkumy jiných autorů týkající se právního vědomí, ze kterých následně vychází část výzkumná. Práce se také zabývá konkrétními případy využití práva v podnikatelském prostředí a důsledky, které může nedostatečné právní vědomí manažerů společnosti způsobit. Praktická část se soustředí na konkrétní situace v manažerském prostředí související s právem a právním vědomím jednotlivých manažerů. Výzkum byl proveden formou kvantitativní metody sběru dat prostřednictvím dotazníku, který byl distribuován manažerům obchodních společností v České republice. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor thesis examines the level of legal awareness of managers of small, medium-sized and large companies conducting their business activities in the Czech Republic. The main objective of the thesis is to find out what is the level of legal awareness of managers. The sub-objective is to evaluate what personal characteristics of managers influence their legal awareness, to assess and compare the level of legal awareness of managers in small, medium-sized and large enterprises, to identify which managers, according to their economic activity, have the highest legal awareness and to map the sources, methodologies and laws with which managers most often work with and obtain information from. The theoretical part defines the basic terms and definitions related to legal awareness, its components, concepts and legal literacy. The thesis refers to research already conducted by other authors concerning legal consciousness, from which the research part is based. The thesis also deals with specific cases of the use of law in the business environment and the consequences that insufficient legal awareness of company managers can cause. The practical part is focuses on specific situations in the managerial environment related to law and legal awareness of individual managers. The research was conducted in the form of a quantitative method of data collection through a questionnaire distributed to managers of companies in the Czech Republic. |
