Cílem této bakalářská práce je komparace Národních plánů obnovy České republiky a Slovenské republiky, které byly vypracovány jako reakce na ekonomické dopady pandemie Covid-19. Práce se především soustředí na komparaci klíčových oblastí zájmů těchto plánů, včetně podrobné analýzy subjektů zapojených do jejich realizace a hodnocení dopadu finanční pomoci. Česká republika kladla ve svém plánu důraz na ekologickou transformaci, zatímco Slovenská republika se více zaměřila na posílení zdravotnictví a zajištění hospodářské, sociální a institucionální odolnosti. Přestože je implementace Národních plánů obnovy v obou zemích podobná, Slovenská republika do procesu více zapojila nevládní a neziskové organizace, zatímco v České republice byla realizace především řízena vládou. Z analýzy vyplývá, že Národní plány obnovy mají pozitivní vliv na ekonomický a sociální rozvoj v České a Slovenské republice, což přispívá k růstu hrubého národního produktu na obyvatele v obou těchto zemích. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to compare the National Recovery Plans of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, which were developed in response to the economic impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic. The thesis primarily focuses on comparing the key areas of interest within these plans, including a detailed analysis of the entities involved in their implementation and the assessment of the impact of financial aid. The Czech Republic emphasized ecological transformation in its plan, while the Slovak Republic focused more on strengthening healthcare and ensuring economic, social, and institutional resilience. Although the implementation of the National Recovery Plans is similar in both countries, the Slovak Republic involved non- governmental and non-profit organizations more extensively in the process, whereas in the Czech Republic, the implementation was primarily directed by the government. The analysis shows that the National Recovery Plans have a positive impact on the economic and social development of both the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, contributing to the growth of gross national product per capita in both countries. |
