| Abstract: |
Dramatické důsledky změny klimatu a zhoršování životního prostředí přinesly potřebu udržitelnějšího hospodářství na přední místa v pořadí jednání společnosti. Udržitelné financování (ESG) jako evoluce zeleného financování zohledňuje jak environmentální, tak i sociální a správní otázky a rizika s cílem zvýšit dlouhodobé investice do udržitelných hospodářských činností a projektů. Cílem práce je tedy seznámit čtenáře s pojmem zelené a udržitelné financování a ukázat, že investovat se dá i s ohledem na naše okolí. V průběhu práce budou porovnány indexy s označením ESG a bez označení ESG a dále budou představeny a porovnány fondy dvou světových investičních společností spolu s jejich přístupem a integrací ESG. |

| Abstract: |
The dramatic consequences of climate change and environmental degradation have brought the need for a more sustainable economy to the top of society's agenda. As an evolution of green finance, sustainable finance (ESG) takes into account both environmental and social and governance issues and risks to increase long-term investment in sustainable economic activities and projects. The aim of this paper is therefore to introduce the reader to the concept of green and sustainable finance and to show that it is possible to invest with our environment in mind. In the course of the thesis, ESG and non-ESG labelled indices will be compared and the funds of two global investment companies will be presented and compared along with their approach and integration of ESG. |
