Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a implementaci ESG principů v českém bankovnictví. Práce poskytuje přehled o ESG, jeho historickém vývoji a klíčových komponentách. Dále popisuje základní evropskou regulaci ESG a její dopady na bankovní sektor. V rámci českého bankovního systému je zkoumáno, jak banky přijímají a implementují ESG požadavky, včetně konkrétních produktů a souvisejících rizik. Další část práce se věnuje analýze postoje klientů bank k ESG, prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. V závěru jsou diskutovány možné dopady ESG na budoucnost bankovnictví, včetně plánovaných regulací a rostoucího trhu ESG aktiv. Prvním cílem práce je poskytnout komplexní přehled o ESG problematice a její aplikaci v českém bankovnictví. Druhý cíl práce je analyzovat, jak velké české firmy vnímají zavádění ESG do bankovnictví, a jakým způsobem se k ESG staví v rámci svých podnikatelských činností. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis focuses on the analysis and implementation of ESG principles in the Czech banking sector. It provides an overview of ESG, its historical development, and key components. It further describes the fundamental European ESG regulations and their impacts on the banking sector. Within the Czech banking system, the study examines how banks adopt and implement ESG requirements, including specific products and associated risks. Another part of the thesis is dedicated to analysing bank clients' attitudes toward ESG through a questionnaire survey. The conclusion discusses the potential impacts of ESG on the future of banking, including planned regulations and the growing market for ESG assets. The first aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of ESG issues and their application in Czech banking. The second aim is to analyse, how large Czech companies perceive the integration of ESG into banking, and how they approach ESG within their business activities. |
