| Abstract: |
V diplomové práci budu měřit výkonnost fondů pro strategii hodnotového či indexového investování. Cílem je porovnat obě investiční strategie na vzorku vybraných fondů a zjistit, která strategie je výhodnější pro běžného investora. Výsledkem diplomové práce je pomocí analýzy výkonnosti vybraných fondů zjistit, která strategie je lepší pro dosažení nadprůměrných výnosů. Pro zjištění, které fondy patří mezi nejvýkonnější, zpracuji analýzu výnosnosti, rizikovosti, výkonnosti a nákladovosti fondů. Pro analýzu výkonnosti budu používat dvojdimenzionální metody. Mezi tyto metody patří Sharpeův index, Jensenova metoda či Treynorův index. Pro co nejdetailnější analýzu zpracuji ještě porovnání zvolených fondů pomocí ukazatelů kapitálového trhu. |

| Abstract: |
In my diploma thesis I will measure the performance of funds for value or index investing strategy. The goal is to compare both investment strategies on a sample of selected funds and find out which strategy is more beneficial for the average investor. The result of the thesis is to find out which strategy is better for achieving above-average returns using the performance analysis of selected funds. To find out which funds are among the most performing, I will analyze the profitability, risk, performance and cost of the fund. I will use two-dimensional methods to analyze performance. These methods include the Sharpe index, the Jensen method or the Treynor index. For the most detailed analysis, I will also compare the selected funds using capital market indicators. |
