Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozpočty v řízení podniku a jejím cílem je vytvořit rozpočet pro vybraný podnik. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část bude zaměřená na seznámení se s rozpočty, jejich cíli, úkoly, funkcemi, metodami a procesem sestavení. Tyto poznatky budou následně využity v praktické části, ve které budou po domluvě s podnikem sestaveny rozpočtové výkazy, které tvoří část hlavního podnikového rozpočtu. Popsán bude celý proces od sestavení dílčích plánů a rozpočtů až po jejich transformaci do rozpočtových výkazů hlavního podnikového rozpočtu. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor thesis deals with budgets in business management and its aim is to create a budget for a selected enterprise. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part will be focused on getting acquainted with budgets, their purposes, tasks, functions, methods and the process of making them. This knowledge will then be used in the practical part, in which budget statements will be prepared in consultation with the company and they will be part of the master budget. The whole process will be described, from the preparation of the sub-plans and budgets to their transformation into the budget statements of the master budget. |
