Diplomová práce na téma „Islámské bankovnictví“ pojednává o základních principech islámu a islámského bankovnictví, které odlišují islámské a západní komerční bankovnictví. Dále se práce zabývá islámskými bankovními produkty, které v běžné praxi banky nabízí. Další část práce je zaměřena na finanční systém transferu peněz hawala a také financování terorismu a nelegální činnosti. Poslední část práce pojednává o historickém a aktuálním vývoji islámského bankovnictví ve vybraných muslimských zemích. |

| Abstract: |
This diploma thesis discusses the topic of "Islamic Banking" and focuses on the basic principles of Islam and Islamic banking, which distinguish between Islamic and commercial banking. Furthermore, the thesis deals with Islamic banking products that the banks offer in normal practice. The following chapter of the thesis is focused on the informal hawala money transfer financial system as well as the schemes used for the financing of terrorism and illegal activities. The last part of the thesis delves into the historical and current development of Islamic banking in selected Muslim countries. |
