| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku finanční gramotnosti studentů středních a vysokých škol, kteří se nacházejí na prahu finanční samostatnosti. Práce zkoumá, jakým způsobem je finanční gramotnost definována, jaké jsou její jednotlivé složky a jakými faktory je ovlivněna. Významnou část práce tvoří zpracování přístupu k finančnímu vzdělávání nejen v rámci České republiky ale i ve světě, a to včetně projektů finančního vzdělávání, které nejsou řízeny státem, ale jsou iniciovány bankami či jinými organizacemi. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována vlivu Národní strategie finančního vzdělávání v České republice na vybrané finanční ukazatele. V závěru práce je provedena analýza aktuální úrovně finanční gramotnosti studentů gymnázia, obchodní akademie a vysokých škol, s cílem zjistit, zda jsou studenti dostatečně připraveni na samostatné finanční rozhodování. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the issue of financial literacy among high school and university students who are on the threshold of financial independence. It examines how financial literacy is defined, what its individual components are, and what factors influence it. A significant part of the thesis is dedicated to exploring approaches to financial education not only within the Czech Republic but also globally, including financial education projects initiated by banks or other organizations, rather than the state. Special attention is given to the impact of the National Strategy for Financial Education in the Czech Republic on selected financial indicators. The final part of the thesis analyzes the current level of financial literacy among students of grammar school, business academy, and universities, with the aim of determining whether students are adequately prepared for independent financial decision-making. |
