Tato diplomová práce se věnuje tématu auditu účetní závěrky a forenzního šetření se zaměřením na uživatele a výstupy obou těchto druhů auditu. Teoretická část se nejprve soustředí na vymezení pojmu „audit" a jeho právní úpravu, dále charakterizuje audit účetní závěrky a forenzní šetření a také pojednává o rozdílech mezi nimi. V neposlední řadě popisuje různé skupiny uživatelů zpráv z auditu účetní závěrky a zpráv z forenzního šetření. V praktické části jsou analyzovány jednotlivé zadávací dokumentace ke dvěma druhům auditu, které jsou předmětem zkoumání této práce, za účelem posouzení, zda požadavky v nich uvedené směřují ke kvalitním výstupům. |

| Abstract: |
This diploma thesis deals with topic of financial statement audit and forensic investigation with a focus on the users and outputs of both types of audits. The theoretical part focuses on defining the term "audit" and its legal regulation, followed by a characterization of financial statement audit and forensic investigation, including a discussion of the differences between them. Finally, it describes the different user groups of financial statement audit reports and forensic investigation reports. In the practical part, the individual tender documents for the two types of audits that are the subject of this thesis are analyzed to assess whether the requirements outlined in them are aimed at ensuring quality outputs. |
