| Abstract: |
Cílem této práce bylo analyzovat vybrané determinanty daňových rájů. V první části práce byly vymezeny jednotlivé charakteristiky vyplývající z dostupné literatury. Dále bylo popsáno několik aktuálních přístupů k samotnému vzniku daňových rájů z pohledu politologů, historiků či ekonomů. Vybrané determinanty pak byly analyzovány pomocí binární logistické regrese. Analýza dat z roku 2019 ukázala, že daňové ráje jsou země s vysokým podílem služeb na HDP, které používají angličtinu jako úřední jazyk, jsou politicky stabilní a mají nízkou kontrolou korupce. Data z roku 2021 potvrdila závěry z roku 2019 bez potvrzení významnosti angličtiny jako úředního jazyka. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of this work was to analyze selected determinants of tax havens. In the first part of the thesis, the individual characteristics resulting from the available literature were defined. Furthermore, several current approaches to the very creation of tax havens from the point of view of political scientists, historians and economists were described. The selected determinants were then analyzed using binary logistic regression. An analysis of 2019 data showed that tax havens are countries with a high ratio of services to GDP, use English as an official language, are politically stable and have low controls on corruption. The 2021 data confirmed the 2019 conclusions without confirming the significance of English as an official language. |
