| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem čerpání transferových příjmů obcí a jejich zřízených příspěvkových organizací. Proto se práce zaměřuje především na příjmovou stránku rozpočtu s důrazem na transfery. Pro příspěvkové organizace jsou transferové příjmy velice důležitým zdrojem příjmům, díky kterým mohou realizovat činnosti, které by nebyly schopny zajistit vlastními zdroji. V práci jsme se zabývali pěti obcemi z Královehradeckého kraje a jejich zřízenými příspěvkovými organizacemi. Zaměřili jsme se na využívání transferů jednotlivých obcí a příspěvkových organizací a jejich vývoj během let. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the topic of the use of transfer revenues of municipalities and their established contributory organizations. Therefore, the thesis focuses mainly on the revenue side of the budget with an emphasis on subsidies. For contributory organizations, transfer revenues are a very important source of income, thanks to which they can implement activities that they would not be able to provide with their own resources. In this paper we have examined five municipalities from the Hradec Králové Region and their established contributory organisations. We focused on the use of subsidies by individual municipalities and contributory organisations and their development over the years. |
