Diplomová práce se zabývá způsobem financování regionálního školství v České republice se zaměřením na základní školy. Pozornost je věnována především reformě financování, která nabyla platnosti v roce 2020. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit, zda změny, se kterými reforma financování přišla, měly skutečný dopad na základní školy v České republice. První část práce je věnována seznámení se způsobem financování a se změnami, které měla reforma přinést. V další části práce jsou nejprve porovnány jednotlivé kraje a jejich data a následně je provedena analýza vlivu reformy financování. Závěrečná část práce je věnována obdobné analýze na pěti konkrétních základních školách v kraji Vysočina. K vyhodnocení vlivu reformy jsou použity různé statistické metody, především regresní a korelační analýza. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis deals with the method of financing regional education in the Czech Republic with a focus on primary schools. The main aim of the thesis is to assess whether the changes introduced by the funding reform have had a real impact on primary schools in the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis is devoted to an introduction to the financing method and the changes that the reform was supposed to bring. The next part of the thesis first compares the different regions and their data and then analyses the impact of the funding reform. The final part of the thesis is devoted to a similar analysis of five specific primary schools in the Vysočina region. Different statistical methods are used to evaluate the impact of the reform, mainly regression and correlation analysis. |
