| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá komparativní a fundamentální analýzou čínských společností JD.com a Pinduoduo. Práce se zaobírá globální analýzou a odvětvovou analýzou v kontextu čínských společností listovaných na americké burze, dále popisem obchodního modelu společností a nejdůležitější část tvoří finanční analýza, prognóza a stanovení vnitřní hodnocení akcií daných společností. Přínosem práce je popis a náhled na fungování a odlišnosti lídrů největšího e-commerce trhu na světě. Jsou zde popsány také rizika a překážky, kterým mohou investoři čelit při snaze najít vnitřní hodnotu akcií z Číny. Na závěr autor diskutuje výsledky ohodnocení a navrhuje možné postupy při provádění obdobné analýzy. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with a comparative and fundamental analysis of Chinese companies JD.com and Pinduoduo. Topics include global analysis and sectoral analysis in the context of Chinese US-listed companies, as well as a description of the business model of the companies and the most important part is the financial analysis, forecasting and determination of internal valuation of the companies' stocks. The thesis's contribution is the description and insight into the operations and differences between the leaders of the largest e-commerce market in the world. Thesis also describes the risks and obstacles that investors may face when trying to find the intrinsic value of the stocks from China. Finally, the author discusses the valuation results and suggests possible approaches for conducting a similar analysis. |
