Bakalářská práce analyzuje vývoj míry nezaměstnanosti v krajích ČR v letech 2013-2023 se zaměřením na nejvyšší dosažené vzdělání. Pro analýzu jsou vybrány všechny kraje ČR a práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou pomocí metody literární rešerše vymezeny základní pojmy související s nezaměstnaností, trhem práce, měření nezaměstnanosti a typy nezaměstnanosti a lidským kapitálem. Praktická část je věnována analýze a komparaci vývoje míry nezaměstnanosti jednotlivých krajů ČR a jednotlivých skupin dosaženého vzdělání. Následně jsou vybrány dva kraje, které jsou blíže komparovány ve vybraných letech. V praktické části je využito zejména metod datové analýzy a komparace. Dle výsledků analýzy lze konstatovat obecný pokles míry nezaměstnanosti mezi kraji a skupinami dosaženého vzdělání v letech 2013-2023 a prokázání souvislosti mezi dosaženým vzděláním a nezaměstnaností. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor thesis analyses the development of the unemployment rate in the regions of the Czech Republic between 2013 and 2023 with a focus on the highest educational attainment. All regions of the Czech Republic are selected for the analysis and the thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts related to unemployment, labour market, unemployment measurement and types of unemployment and human capital are defined using the method of literature search. The practical part is devoted to the analysis and comparison of the development of the unemployment rate of individual regions of the Czech Republic and individual groups of educational attainment. Subsequently, two regions are selected and compared in more detail in selected years. In the practical part, the methods of data analysis and comparison are used. According to the results of the analysis, a general decrease in the unemployment rate between regions and educational attainment groups between 2013 and 2023 can be observed and a link between educational attainment and unemployment can be demonstrated. |
