Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou Phillipsovy křivky v kontextu České republiky v letech 2002–2022. K analýze jsou použita veřejně dostupná kvartální data zveřejněná Českým statistickým úřadem a Ministerstvem práce a sociálních věcí. Hlavním cílem práce je testovat hypotézu o platnosti Phillipsovy křivky v podmínkách specifických pro českou ekonomiku pomocí grafické a regresní analýzy. Hlavní závěry práce ukazují, že první desetiletí sledovaného období vykazuje nejednoznačné výsledky, zatímco druhé desetiletí přináší velmi slabý vztah mezi sledovanými proměnnými. Celkové výsledky naznačují, že vztah mezi inflací a nezaměstnaností v České republice zcela neodpovídá teorii o Phillipsově křivce a testovaná hypotéza tak byla zamítnuta. Závěry práce rovněž obsahují potencionální oblasti pro rozšíření výzkumu. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the Phillips curve in the context of the Czech Republic in the years 2002–2022. The analysis uses publicly available quarterly data published by the Czech Statistical Office and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. The main objective of this thesis is to test the hypothesis of the validity of the Phillips curve in conditions specific to the Czech economy using graphical and regression analysis. The main conclusions of this thesis show that the first decade of the monitored period shows ambiguous results, while the second decade yields a very weak relationship between the variables under study. The overall results suggest that the relationship between inflation and unemployment in the Czech Republic is not fully consistent with the Phillips curve theory and the hypothesis tested was thus rejected. The conclusions of the thesis also contain potential areas for extension of the research. |
