Práce se zabývá analýzou dopadů hypotetické vlády režimu Tálibán v České republice na trh práce zdravotních sester. Rozbor působení režimu Tálibán v Afghánistánu se aplikuje na prostředí v ČR a vyhodnotí možné ekonomické, sociální a politické dopady. Práce krom důsledků změny politického režimu vysvětluje i fungování trhu práce jako takového a následně se zaměřuje detailně na zdravotní sestry. Výsledkem práce je poukázání na razantní zhoršení zdravotní péče v ČR v důsledků velkého poklesu zaměstnanců na pozici zdravotní sestry, a to až o 46 % z původního počtu 96 656 sester. Tento pokles by zapříčinil nefunkčnost nemocnic a z větší části následný přesun do sféry černého trhu a možného neuznání zdravotního pojištění v nemocnicích při nutnosti ošetření. |

| Abstract: |
The work deals with the analysis of the impact of the hypothetical government of the Taliban regime in the Czech Republic on the labor market of nurses. The analysis of the operation of the Taliban regime in Afghanistan is applied to the environment in the Czech Republic and the possible economic, social and political impacts are evaluated. In addition to the consequences of the change in the political regime, the work also explains the functioning of the labor market as such and then focuses in detail on nurses. The result of the work is pointing to the sharp deterioration of health care in the Czech Republic as a result of a large decrease in the number of employees in the position of nurses, by up to 46 % from the original number of 96,656 nurses. This decrease would cause hospitals to become non-functional and, for the most part, a subsequent move to the realm of the black market and the possible non-recognition of health insurance in hospitals when treatment is necessary. |
