Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou faktorů ovlivňujících produktivitu práce v Československu mezi lety 1948 až 1960. V první části jsou vysvětleny pojmy týkající se produktivity práce, které jsou potřebné pro pochopení analyzovaných faktorů. V této části je také zahrnut historický kontext, který popisuje radikální změny v politickém a ekonomickém uspořádání v důsledku komunistického převratu. V druhé části je analyzován vývoj produktivity práce ve sledovaném období v Československu a přiblíženy faktory, které na tento vývoj působily. Cílem práce je prověření hypotézy, že hlavní příčinou růstu produktivity práce nebylo zvyšování kvalifikace pracovníků a vedení podniků. Tato hypotéza se pomocí analýzy faktorů potvrzuje, jelikož tyto aspekty rozhodující pro růst produktivity nebyly. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of factors affecting labour productivity in Czechoslovakia between 1948 and 1960. The first part explains the concepts related to labour productivity that are necessary for understanding the factors analysed. The historical context is also included in this section, which describes the radical changes in the political and economic order as a result of the communist takeover. The second part analyses the development of labour productivity in Czechoslovakia during the period under review and presents the factors that influenced this development. The aim of the thesis is to test the hypothesis that the main cause of labour productivity growth was not the improvement of the qualifications of workers and management. This hypothesis is confirmed through factor analysis, as these aspects were not decisive for productivity growth. |
