Comparison of the Theoretical Model of Anarcho-Capitalist Society with the Socio-Economic System of the Czech Republic in the Third Decade of the 21st Century

This bachelor's thesis focuses on a comparative analysis of the current system in the Czech Republic and the theoretical model of an anarcho-capitalist society. The thesis compares various sectors, such as education, healthcare, defense, judiciary, economy and social systems. The goal is to identify key differences, benefits, and drawbacks of both systems. The introductory section characterizes the current system in the Czech Re-public, describing the main institutions and their roles. The theoretical model of an anarcho-capitalist society is supported by literary sources and practical examples. Each sector is analyzed in detail, examining the advantages and disadvantages of both systems. For instance, in education, the focus is on funding, curriculum, and innovation, while in healthcare, comparisons are made between private insurance, direct payments, regulation, and quality of care. The thesis also explores the roles of private security agencies and voluntary mili-tary initiatives in defense and analyzes the judiciary from the perspective of private arbi-tration courts and independent legal organizations. Economic analysis centers on the labor market, pension system, infrastructure, and public projects. Social systems are compared in terms of minority rights protection, social cohesion, and security. The concluding section summarizes the main findings, benefits, and risks of both systems and proposes steps for the gradual implementation of anarcho-capitalist principles in the Czech Republic, including recommendations for further research and engaging experts and the broader public in the discussion about transformation.
