Tato práce se věnuje oblasti praní špinavých peněz v České republice a v rámci Evropské unie. Vysvětluje, co to praní špinavých peněz je, jaké tři fáze probíhají během tohoto procesu, historie praní špinavých peněz a jaká právní ustanovení jsou v České republice i v Evropské unii. Na závěr jsou popsané tři případy praní špinavých peněz, které jsou ještě dodnes v řešení, z toho jeden je z území České republiky, druhý z Velké Británie a třetí také z České republiky, ale z politické scény. |

This work is devoted to the area of money laundering in the Czech republic and within the European union. It explains what money laundering is, what three phases take place during this process, the history of money laundering and what the legal provisions are in the Czech republic and the European union. Finally, three cases of money laundering are described, which have not yet been closed, one of which is from the territory of the Czech republic, second from Great Britain and third also from Czech republic but from a political view. |
