Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kalkulací v podniku, který se specializuje na zakázkovou výrobu. Podnik využívá kalkulace pro tvorbu cen, aniž by znal přesnou strukturu budoucí výroby a prodeje. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout přesnější kalkulační systém, který bude vycházet z informací podniku již dostupných nebo snadno získatelných. Práce je strukturována do dvou částí. Teoretická část vymezuje kalkulace na základě dostupné odborné literatury. Tyto poznatky jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části. Praktická část nejprve popisuje a analyzuje současnou situaci ve zkoumané společnosti. Na základě této analýzy je poté navržen nový kalkulační systém, který by měl podniku ve srovnání se stávajícím systémem poskytovat komplexnější a přesnější informace. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis deals with the issue of costing in a company focused on custom manufacturing. The company uses costing for pricing without knowing the exact structure of future production and sales. The main objective of the thesis is to design a more accurate costing system based on information already available or easily obtainable by the company. The thesis is structured in two parts. The theoretical part defines the costing system based on the available literature. This knowledge is then applied in the practical part. The practical part begins with description and analysis of the current situation in the company. Based on this analysis, a new costing system is then proposed which should provide the company with more comprehensive and accurate information compared to the existing system. |
