| Abstract: |
Práce popisuje aktuální stav zapojení mládeže v MČ Praha-Suchdol. Cílem práce je navrhnout konkrétní doporučení a postupy pro efektivnější zapojení mladých lidí do kulturního a společenského života v Suchdole. Součástí výzkumu byly provedeny kvalitativní polostrukturované rozhovory s klíčovými aktéry, zapojenými do procesu aktivit participace mládeže. Práce čerpá z veřejně dostupných dat, z dat poskytnutých pracovníky úřadu MČ Praha-Suchdol, včetně rozpočtů, a z rozhovorů s klíčovými stakeholdery. Pro analýzu získaných dat a identifikaci klíčových témat a vzorců byla použita metoda kódování. Závěry práce poskytují konkrétní doporučení a návrhy, ze kterých by mohla MČ Praha-Suchdol vycházet při aktivizaci participativních mládežnických aktivit. Závěrečné návrhy by měly přispět k lepšímu zapojení mladých lidí a posílení komunity. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis describes the current state of youth participation in the Municipality of Prague-Suchdol. The aim of the work is to propose specific recommendations and procedures for more effective involvement of young people in cultural and social life in Suchdol. As part of the research, qualitative semi-structured interviews were conducted with key actors involved in the process of youth participation activities. The work draws on publicly available data, on data provided by employees of the Prague-Suchdol Municipal office, including budgets, aa well as on interviews with key stakeholders. A qualitative coding method was used to analyze the data obtained and identify key themes and patterns. The conclusions of the work provide specific recommendations and suggestions that the Municipal Council of Prague-Suchdol could use to activate participatory youth activities. The final proposals should contribute to a better involvement of young people and strengthening of the community. |
