Diplomová práce je změřena na komplexní analýzu faktoringu jako finančního nástroje a jeho zobrazení v účetnictví. Cílem práce je vymezit princip fungování faktoringu, zanalyzovat současný stav faktoringového trhu v České republice a představit možnosti účetního zachycení faktoringových operací. Teoretická část práce poskytuje podrobný rozbor faktoringu, včetně jeho druhů, výhod a možných rizik. Praktická část práce je změřena na analýzu konkrétního případu faktoringu ve vybrané účetní jednotce, přičemž detailně popisuje celý faktoringový proces a používané informační sestavy. |

The diploma thesis is focused on a comprehensive analysis of factoring as a financial instrument and its accounting presentation. The aim of the thesis is to define the principle of factoring, to analyse the current state of the factoring market in the Czech Republic and to present the possibilities of accounting for factoring operations. The theoretical part of the thesis provides a detailed analysis of factoring, including its various types, advantages and disadvantages. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of a particular case of factoring in a selected accounting unit, describing in detail the entire factoring process and the information reports that are used. |
