Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza korporátních dluhopisů v České republice. První část práce obsahuje obecnou klasifikaci dluhopisů a kritéria hodnocení dluhopisů. Účelem této části je poskytnutí uceleného přehledu o dluhopisech. Druhá část bakalářské práce je věnována charakteristice trhu podnikových dluhopisů v České republice. Dále následuje komparace českého a německého trhu. V poslední části je provedena analýza vybraných podnikových dluhopisů. Pozornost je věnována zejména kreditnímu riziku a vhodnosti realizace investice. |

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of corporate bonds in the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis contains a general classification of bonds and bond evaluation criteria. The purpose of this section is to provide a comprehensive overview of bonds. The second part of the bachelor's thesis is devoted to the characteristics of the corporate bond market in the Czech Republic. Next follows a comparison of the Czech and German markets. The last part contains an analysis of selected corporate bonds. Attention is to credit risk and the appropriateness of the investment. |
