| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je formulace strategického podnikatelského záměru pro společnost ELTON hodinářská, a.s., sestavení finančního plánu na období 2024-2026 a následné vyhodnocení rizik s ním spojených. V teoreticko-metodologické části jsou představeny základní pojmy a metody související se strategickým managementem a managementem rizik. V rámci praktické části jsou rizika vyhodnocena pomocí analýzy PESTLE, Porterova modelu pěti sil, interní a finanční analýzy. Data budou dle významnosti zobrazena ve SWOT analýze a po zhodnocení promítnuta do jednotlivých scénářů. Možný vývoj podniku je s ohledem na identifikovaná rizika zkoumán pomocí analýzy citlivosti a metody scénářů a následně je kvalitativně vyhodnocena pravděpodobnost dosažení finančních strategických cílů. Závěrem diplomové práce budou shrnuta nejvýznamnější rizika včetně doporučení, jak je ošetřit. Diplomová práce může být přínosná pro vedení společnosti ELTON hodinářská, a.s. a pro zlepšení budoucí strategické pozice a rozhodovacích procesů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is the formulation of a strategic business plan for the company ELTON hodinářská, a.s., the compilation of a financial plan for the period 2024-2026 and the subsequent evaluation of the risks associated with it. In the theoretical-methodological part, basic concepts and methods related to strategic management and risk management are presented. In the practical part, risks are evaluated using PESTLE analysis, Porter's five forces model, internal and financial analysis. The data will be displayed in a SWOT analysis according to significance and after evaluation projected into individual scenarios. The possible development of the company is examined with respect to the identified risks using sensitivity analysis and the scenario method, and then the probability of achieving the main financial strategic goals is qualitatively evaluated. The conclusion of the diploma thesis will summarize the most significant risks, including recommendations on how to treat them. The diploma thesis can be beneficial for the management of ELTON hodinářská, a.s. to improve the company's future strategic position and its decision-making process. |
