| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá legalizací a regulací marihuany pro osobní užití v Uruguayi, Kanadě, Spojených státech amerických, Nizozemsku a v České republice. Hlavním předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza trhů s marihuanou pro osobní užití na regulovaných trzích, dekriminalizace držby a užití marihuany. Který systém je ekonomicky nejvíce přínosný, co se týče daňových výnosů a který je pro společnost nejméně nákladný, skrze dopad na zdravotní systém a náklady na vymáhání práva. Hlavní hypotézou práce je předpověď vývoje trhu s marihuanou pro osobní užití v České republice. Jak by se po zavedení regulace vyvíjela šedá ekonomika a s ní spojené příjmy pro stát. |

| Abstract: | This paper examines the legalization and regulation of marijuana for personal use in Uruguay, Canada, the United States, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. The focus of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of marijuana markets for personal use in regulated markets and the decriminalization of possession and use of marijuana. Which system is the most economically beneficial, in terms of tax revenue, and which is the least costly to society, through its impact on the health care system and law enforcement costs. The main hypothesis of the thesis is to predict the development of the personal use marijuana market in the Czech Republic. How would the underground economy and the associated revenue for the state evolve after regulation is introduced. |
