Cílem této diplomové práce je prostřednictvím ekonometrických metod a technik prozkoumat vývoj klíčových determinant přímých zahraničních investic v České republice za období 2000-2021 a posoudit jejich vliv na celkovou hodnotu PZI. Práce se skládá ze tří kapitol. První kapitola podává přehled do problematiky přímých zahraničních investic, včetně faktorů ovlivňujících jejich realizaci a působení PZI na domácí ekonomiku. Druhá kapitola je věnována popisu aktuálních trendů přímých zahraničních investic ve světě a v České republice se zaměřením na historické a současné změny determinant PZI. Nedílnou součástí práce je empirická analýza, v níž je na základě vybraných makroekonomických agregátů a PZI zkonstruován ARDL model a ohodnocen krátkodobý a dlouhodobý vztah. V závěru diplomové práce je provedena prostorová analýza, která zkoumá vzájemnou závislosti konkrétně vybraných zemí podle jejich relativní vzdálenosti. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of this thesis is to examine the development of the main determinants of FDI in the Czech Republic in the period 2000-2021 using econometric methods and techniques and to assess their impact on the total value of FDI. The thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter provides an overview of FDI, including factors influencing its implementation and the impact of FDI on the domestic economy. The second chapter is devoted to a description of recent trends in FDI in the world and in the Czech Republic, focusing on historical and current changes in the determinants of FDI. An integral part of the thesis is an empirical analysis in which an ARDL model is constructed based on selected macroeconomic aggregates and FDI and the short- and long-term relationship is evaluated. The thesis concludes with a spatial analysis of FDI, which examines the interdependence of selected countries according to their relative distance. |
