Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu provozních nákladů a přepravních ukazatelů vybrané dopravní a zasílatelské společnosti působící v oblasti mezinárodní kamionové přepravy. Cílem práce je identifikovat oblasti s potenciálem pro optimalizaci nákladů a navrhnout konkrétní doporučení pro zvýšení efektivity a snížení nákladů. Metodologie zahrnuje metody analýzy dat, vyhodnocování, dedukce, porovnání a využití programovacího jazyka pro zpracování dat. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní koncepty logistiky, historický vývoj a současný stav mezinárodní kamionové přepravy, různé přístupy ke klasifikaci nákladů, logistické náklady mezinárodní kamionové přepravy a přepravní a provozní ukazatele. Praktická část obsahuje detailní analýzu provozních nákladů a vybraných provozních a přepravních ukazatelů analyzované společnosti, identifikaci slabých míst a formulaci doporučení pro jejich zlepšení. Práce poskytuje užitečné kroky pro zlepšení efektivity a konkurenceschopnosti v tomto dynamickém odvětví. |

| Abstract: |
The master’s thesis focuses on the analysis of operating costs and transport indicators of a selected transport and freight forwarding company operating in the field of international truck transport. The aim of the thesis is to identify areas with potential for costs optimization and to propose specific recommendations to increase efficiency and reduce costs. The methodology includes methods of data analysis, evaluation, comparison, deduction, and the use of a programming language for data processing. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts of logistics, the historical development and current state of international trucking, different approaches to costs classification, logistics costs of international trucking and transport and operational indicators. The practical part includes a detailed analysis of operating costs and selected operational and transport indicators of the analyzed company, identification of weak points and formulation of recommendations for their improvement. The work provides useful steps for improving efficiency and competitiveness in this dynamic industry. |
