| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou překážek při získávání kapitálu, kterým čelí podniky v evropském a českém obranném průmyslu. Práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci hlavních překážek ve financování tohoto strategického sektoru, včetně regulačních omezení, ESG kritérií. Dále analyzuje dostupné finanční nástroje, včetně bankovního financování, investičních fondů, veřejné podpory, dluhopisů a IPO, které mohou napomoci překonání těchto výzev. Na základě provedené analýzy práce navrhuje strategie pro zlepšení přístupu k financování a podporu růstu a konkurenceschopnosti českých podniků v obranném průmyslu. Výsledky práce přispívají k hlubšímu porozumění specifik financování v tomto odvětví a poskytují doporučení pro jeho efektivnější financování. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the analysis of obstacles in raising capital faced by companies in the European and Czech defence industry. The thesis focuses on the identification of the main obstacles in financing this strategic sector, including regulatory constraints, ESG criteria. It also analyses the available financial instruments, including bank financing, investment funds, public support, bonds and IPOs, which can help overcome these challenges. Based on the analysis, the thesis proposes strategies to improve access to finance and to support the growth and competitiveness of Czech defence companies. The results of the thesis contribute to a deeper understanding of the specifics of financing in this sector and provide recommendations for its more efficient financing. |
