Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu transformace controllingu ve společnosti L'Oréal Česká republika, přičemž využívá Kotterův model řízení změn jako hlavní analytický rámec. Cílem práce je identifikovat klíčové faktory úspěchu této transformace, její překážky a navrhnout doporučení pro budoucí optimalizaci finančního řízení. V rámci práce byly provedeny kvalitativní rozhovory s klíčovými členy transformačního týmu a analyzovány interní dokumenty společnosti. Výsledky ukazují, že úspěšná transformace controllingu byla podpořena silným vedením, efektivní komunikací a využitím moderních technologií, avšak narazila na výzvy spojené s počátečním odporem ke změnám a komplexností nových procesů. Závěry práce poskytují ucelený pohled na proces transformace controllingu a přinášejí konkrétní doporučení pro zajištění dlouhodobého úspěchu této transformace. |

This thesis focuses on the analysis of the transformation of controlling in L'Oréal Czech Republic, using Kotter's change management model as the main analytical framework. The objective is to identify the key success factors of this transformation, its challenges, and to propose recommendations for future optimization of financial management. The research includes qualitative interviews with key members of the transformation team and an analysis of the company's internal documents. The results indicate that the successful transformation of controlling was supported by strong leadership, effective communication, and the utilization of modern technologies, yet it faced challenges related to initial resistance to change and the complexity of new processes. The conclusions of the thesis provide a comprehensive overview of the controlling transformation process and offer specific recommendations to ensure the long-term success of this transformation. |
