| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na postoje studentů VŠE k whitewashingu a blackwashingu ve filmovém průmyslu. Zvolenou hlavní výzkumnou metodou práce je kvalitativní analýza podložená polostrukturovanými rozhovory s českými studenty a studentkami na VŠE a se zahraničními studenty z Erasmus programu. Práce mapuje středoevropské postoje k etnickým menšinám ve filmovém průmyslu vůči postojům obyvatel ze Spojených států amerických. |

| Abstract: | The Master´s Thesis focuses on the attitudes of students at the University of Economics towards whitewashing and blackwashing in the film industry. The main research method chosen is a qualitative analysis supported by semi-structured interviews with Czech students at the University of Economics and Business and with foreign students from the Erasmus programme. The thesis maps the Central European attitudes towards ethnic minorities in the film industry against those of people from the United States of America. |
