Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou onboardingového procesu ve společnosti CCC Czech s.r.o, která působí v segmentu obuvi. Cílem práce je na základě zjištěných informací, dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů s manažery na centrále zanalyzovat aktuální stav a navrhnout zkvalitnění adaptačního procesu. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce popisuje role personalistů a manažerů, dále pojmy a nástroje z oblasti adaptace zaměstnanců, možnost digitalizace onboardingového procesu a metriky využívané k monitorování procesu. Praktická část obsahuje informace o společnosti CCC Czech s.r.o. a informace o onboardingovém procesu z pohledu prodejní sítě a centrály. Následně se práce věnuje dotazníkovému šetření a rozhovorů s manažery. Na závěr jsou uvedené návrhy pro zlepšení onboardingového procesu, včetně využití teoretické rešerše. |

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the onboarding process in the company CCC Czech s.r.o, which operates in the footwear segment. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current state of the company's headquarters on the basis of the collected information, questionnaire survey and interviews with managers at the headquarters and to propose the improvement of the adaptation process. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the roles of HR specialists and managers, concepts and tools in the field of employee adaptation, the possibility of digitizing the onboarding process and metrics used to monitor the process. The practical part contains information about the company CCC Czech s.r.o. and information about the onboarding process from the perspective of the sales department and headquarters. At the end, the diploma focuses on the questionnaire survey and interviews with managers. Finally, suggestions for improving the onboarding process are given, including the use of theoretical research. |
