Cílem této bakalářské práce je poskytnout komplexní pohled na problematiku leasingu vozidel v účetnictví a umožnit čtenářům uplatni tyto znalosti při účtování leasingových operací. První část práce je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku leasingu a jeho úpravu vycházející z legislativy České republiky a mezinárodních účetních standardů IFRS. Druhá část popisuje metodiku účtování o leasingu v souladu s českými účetními předpisy. V poslední části práce jsou získané poznatky aplikovány v rámci modelových příkladů, které ilustrují správné účtování z pohledu obou stran smluvního vztahu. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of the issue of vehicle leasing in accounting and to enable readers to apply this knowledge when accounting for leasing transactions. The first part of the thesis focuses on the general characteristics of leasing and its regulation according to the legislation of the Czech Republic and international financial reporting standards (IFRS). The second part describes the methodology for accounting for leasing in accordance with Czech accounting regulations. The final part of the thesis applies the acquired knowledge through model examples that illustrate the correct accounting treatment from the perspective of both parties to the lease agreement. |
