Diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním J&T BANKY, a.s. Cílem práce je odhadnout její tržní cenu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí – teoretická a praktická. V rámci teoretické části autor popisuje bankovní sektor, jeho regulaci a rizika působící na banky. Praktická část se věnuje finanční a strategické analýze, sestavení finančního plánu a samotnému ocenění na základě dvou výnosových metod. |

The diploma thesis deals with the valuation of J&T BANKA, a.s. The aim of the thesis is to estimate its market price. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the author describes the banking sector, its regulation and risks affecting banks. The practical part is devoted to financial and strategic analysis, preparation of a financial plan and the actual valuation based on two income methods. |
