Cílem této práce je za použití metod lean managementu zmapovat a analyzovat současný stav procesů v autorizovaném servisu osobních motorových vozidel a na základě výsledků analýzy navrhnout řešení pro zeštíhlení a zefektivnění procesů pomocí nástrojů SIPOC a DMAIC. Autoservis je součástí rodinného podniku zaměřeného na podnikání v automotive odvětví. |

The car repair shop is a part of family owned business focused on automotive industry. |
