| Abstract: |
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problém optimalizace velikosti obalů pro společnost Nestlé, konkrétně pro produkty Nescafé Dolce Gusto. Prvním krokem práce je analýza současného stavu a zhodnocení aktuálně používaných obalů. Na základě této analýzy a požadavků zainteresovaných stran je následně navrženo několik řešení s důrazem na rozdílné výhody a preference společnosti Nestlé. Cílem je navrhnout optimalizaci balení jak z pohledu efektivního využití objemu, tak i například snížení počtu typů obalů a jejich vhodnosti pro e-shopové objednávky, přičemž je kladen důraz na ekologické dopady. |

The thesis focuses on the problem of optimizing packaging sizes for Nestlé, specifically for Nescafé Dolce Gusto products. The first step of the work is to analyze the current state and assess the packaging currently in use. Based on this analysis and the requirements of the stakeholders, several solutions are proposed, with an emphasis on the different advantages and preferences of Nestlé. The aim is to design packaging optimization from the perspective of efficient volume utilization, as well as, for example, reducing the number of packaging types and their suitability for e-commerce orders, while placing emphasis on ecological impacts. |
