Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá determinanty, které ovlivňují financování podniků v pivovarnickém odvětví. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních částí. V úvodní části je poskytnuto stručné shrnutí teoretických poznatků o kapitálové struktuře. Druhá část se zaměřuje na popis kapitálové struktury vybraných světových pivovarnických koncernů. V následující části jsou identifikovány determinanty financování a následně je provedeno vyhodnocení finanční výkonnosti pomocí ukazatelů tvorby hodnoty. Na závěr je navržena optimalizace kapitálové struktury pivovarnických podniků. Cílem této práce je analyzovat kapitálovou strukturu a financování vybraných podniků na mezinárodní úrovni. Výsledky této práce mohou poskytnout cenné poznatky pro manažery a investory, které by mohly vést ke zlepšení finanční výkonnosti pivovarnických společností. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor’s thesis examines the determinants which affect the financing of companies in the brewing industry. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The introductory part provides a brief summary of theoretical knowledge on capital structure. The second part focuses on the description of the capital structure of selected global brewing corporations. The following part identifies the determinants of financing and evaluates financial performance using indicators of value creation. Finally, an optimization of the capital structure is proposed. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the capital structure and financing of selected companies at the international level. The results of this thesis can provide valuable insight for managers and investors which could lead to the improvement of the financial performance of brewing companies. |
