Tato diplomová práce se věnuje strategické analýze Národního institutu vzdáleného monitorování pacientů, se zvláštním zaměřením na komplexní rozbor stakeholderů a jejich vlivu na rozvoj a inovace služeb institutu. Práce zkoumá využití pokročilých technologií pro monitorování pacientů na dálku a zdůrazňuje význam strategického plánování a zapojení všech zainteresovaných stran v procesu zlepšování služeb. Pro externí a interní analýzu byly využity metody PESTEL, Porterův model pěti sil a VRIO, s cílem identifikovat příležitosti a hrozby v prostředí a hodnotit interní zdroje institutu. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována technologickým inovacím v oblasti vzdáleného monitorování, jako jsou nositelné senzory a platformy pro sběr dat, které umožňují efektivní sledování zdravotního stavu pacientů v reálném čase. Na základě analýzy je navrženo řadu strategických doporučení pro zlepšení komunikace s klíčovými stakeholdery, využití technologických trendů a zajištění bezpečnosti dat pacientů. Práce přináší komplexní pohled na možnosti rozvoje institutu a jeho přínos pro zlepšení kvality péče o pacienty. |

| Abstract: |
This diploma thesis is devoted to the strategic analysis of the National Institute of Remote Patient Monitoring, with a special focus on a comprehensive analysis of stakeholders and their influence on the development and innovation of the institute's services. The work explores the use of advanced technologies for remote patient monitoring and highlights the importance of strategic planning and the involvement of all stakeholders in the service improvement process. For external and internal analysis, PESTEL, Porter's five forces model and VRIO methods were used, with the aim of identifying opportunities and threats in the environment and evaluating the institute's internal resources. Special attention is paid to technological innovations in the field of remote monitoring, such as wearable sensors and data collection platforms, which enable effective real-time monitoring of patients' health status. Based on the analysis, a number of strategic recommendations are proposed for improving communication with key stakeholders, using technological trends and ensuring the safety of patient data. The work provides a comprehensive view of the institute's development possibilities and its contribution to improving the quality of patient care. |
