| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá problémy převodu podnikání z fyzické osoby na společnost s ručením omezeným. V první části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy nutné k porozumění celé práce. V druhé časti práce je rozebrán teoretický postup změny podnikání a také jeho daňové dopady. Ve třetí části práce jsou analyzovány dva respondenti, v tomto případě advokáti, procházející touto změnou. Výsledkem práce je pomocná příručka pro advokáty, kteří tuto změnu plánují, a mohou si tedy sami zvolit, která varianta je pro ně výhodnější. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the problems of transferring a sole propriertorship to a limited liability company. The first part of the thesis explains the basic concepts necessary to understand the whole thesis. The second part of the thesis discusses the theoretical procedure of changing a business and also tax implications. In the third part of the thesis, 2 respondents undergoing the change are analyzed. The result of the thesis is a help manual for attorneys who are planning this change. They can choose for themselves what is more advantageous for them. |
