Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním komerčního potenciálu fotovoltaického startupu s cílem ověřit životaschopnost navrženého podnikatelského modelu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou diskutovány klíčové koncepty a teorie, které tvoří základ pro analýzu startupů a jejich obchodních modelů. Praktická část se zaměřuje na aplikaci těchto teoretických poznatků při testování a validaci podnikatelského modelu ve specifickém tržním prostředí. Na základě získaných dat jsou formulována doporučení pro další rozvoj startupu, s důrazem na optimalizaci obchodní strategie a zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti na trhu. Výsledky této práce mohou sloužit jako základ pro další výzkum a praktickou aplikaci v oblasti obnovitelných zdrojů energie. |

This thesis investigates the commercial potential of a photovoltaic startup in order to verify the viability of the proposed business model. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part discusses key concepts and theories that form the basis for the analysis of startups and their business models. The practical part focuses on the application of these theoretical insights in testing and validating the business model in a specific market environment. Based on the data obtained, recommendations for further development of the startup are formulated, with an emphasis on optimizing the business strategy and increasing competitiveness in the market. The results of this work can serve as a basis for further research and practical application in the field of renewable energy. |
