Cílem je identifikovat klíčové výhody a omezení každého nástroje, rozebrat úspěšné a neúspěšné příklady využití, zkoumat možnou regulaci a přehledně se zaměřit na nejpoužívanější nástroje v různých zemích. |

The objective is to identify each tool's key advantages and limitations, examine successful and unsuccessful examples of their utilization, explore potential regulations, and clearly focus on the most commonly used tools in different countries. |
