Tato diplomová práce poskytuje čtenáři vhled do problematiky logistických technologií v moderním světě logistiky se zaměřením na identifikaci optimálního umístění cross-dockových center společnosti HOPI s.r.o. v České republice. Hlavním cílem je tedy určit potenciální lokality, které splňují specifické parametry efektivního logistického provozu. Nejprve jsou zkoumány geografické a ekonomické předpoklady, na které následně navazuje analýza objemů distribuce pomocí nástroje Power BI. Dalším cílem je navrhnout, jakým způsobem mají cross-docková centra vypadat a jak budou probíhat jejich základní procesy. V závěru práce jsou hodnoceny výsledky, které jsou doplněny o autorův komentář. |

| Abstract: |
This diploma thesis provides the reader with an insight into logistics technology in the modern world of logistics with a focus on identifying the optimal location of cross-dock centres for HOPI s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. The main objective is therefore to identify potential locations that meet the specific parameters of an efficient logistics operation. First, geographical and economic assumptions are examined, followed by an analysis of distribution volumes using the Power BI tool. The next objective is to propose how the cross-dock centres should look like and how their core processes will work. The paper concludes with an evaluation of the results, which is complemented by the author's comments. |
